I purchased a dress from women store online site. But the quality is not as expected. It is very low quality item but they provided me seven day return policy. As soon as i get the item, i contacted them via whatsapp for returning the item but they are not responding for my messages. Its been a week i'm texting them via whatsapp and email and they are not helping fore returning the item for full refund. They are cheating the customers and feel like the site is fraud. Please report the site and do the needful. I want my money back.
