I am facing the same problem. They have even stopped replying. I understand if an order is late, it’s okay. First of all, they should stop making false promises about 2 week deliveries. Secondly, they should atleast reply to customers who spend their hard earned money on their products. I have the right to know where my product is. They don’t reply to email and even whatsapp (replied only once).

Even I faced the fake bluedart receipt scam with them. After a day, the bluedart link itself was broken and the contact they shared for bluedart turned out to be their own employee.
Have been following up multiple times to know the status of the product and even after one month, the vendor is not able to give a clear delivery date or even update on the product.
Now Mr. Adeeb is not responding to my calls. Please let me know the status of my product, else please give me a refund.
