Totally a fraudulent furniture business based in UP. Had ordered a sofa 3 months back (order number 3666). They haven't delivered nor refunded the money. Hundreds of follow up with absolutely no response. Paid 25000..only option is to sue the hell out of them with the consumer court. Miserable!...

I paid ₹32, 506.66 for a product from Wooden Bazar via credit card (PayU gateway, transaction ID [protected]).
The seller repeatedly delayed the order, claimed the mirror was broken, and never provided photos or tracking. They ignored all my calls and are still not responding.
After checking, I found that multiple complaints have started appearing since June 2024. I believe this business has gone rogue and is currently scamming...

I made bulk order with these guys 50 days back. Last 10 days Sahil keeps saying he will share the photos soon and each day he promises that today it will be send and shipped. I lost all the hopes on these guys now.

Please beware, looks like a fraud company to me. If you guys want to save money and time please stop ordering from these guys.

I had ordered a chair from their website on 14th March in an expectation that the product will be delivered fast as advertised in their websites, (Order #3525) the shipment date was shown as 19th March while placing the order, and the order was supposed to be delivered between 23 till 31st March. Extremely frustrated with the disgraceful service I have received from Wooden Bazar for a vanity set, that has been delayed for over two weeks now, and despite repeated follow-ups the customer rep Sahil has shown absolutely no accountability or professionalism. Neither does he connect you to someone senior from the team inspite of repeated requests. The email address provided on the website for Adeeb Zubair doesn’t exist either.

The company indulges in lots of false promises including warranty period [main page says 5 yrs, but FAQ section says 1 year], delivery date [they say 7 days but my product reached after 5 weeks] they say they will share photos, videos of product progress but you will ot even get a proper response on whatsapp!

Even the blue dart receipt they share for product dispatch is fake since they will send this even when product is not...

I placed an order for 2 chairs on wooden bazar website (order #2789) on 15th Nov'23.

I had ordered a kitchen island with a marble top. More than a month since the order and it has not been delivered. I have only been getting false promises. They even sent a fake blue dart receipt saying the furniture was dispatched when infact nothing was sent. They are cheaters and liars of the first order.

I placed an order and ultimately received the item 2 months later. By that time, and after repeated messages many of which went ignored, I had given up on getting the item and asked for a refund, said I would report the seller to the police/consumer forums, cited the complaints against them on this website, etc. After all of that, the item was eventually made and delivered. It's not perfect but of reasonable quality. Sahil has blocked my number ever since the item was delivered. I'd say this company is somewhere between an incompetent one and a complete sham - but the piece I got in the end was of average quality. I think if I had not strong armed them, I would not have got anything at all - much like the other people on here.

We recently placed an order for multiple products worth 4lacs. The order was placed in 1st week of Jan with a commitment for delivery by Feb mid (45 days). Actual delivery was mid April after multiple follow ups and many harsh conversations.
Their site states they provide regular updates on build status. Nothing is shared and everything requires so many follow ups. Upto 10 follow ups will lead to 1 response
After of all of this, if the products were good, we would have been ok. However the build quality is flimsy. The edges don't align, polish is not consistent, the wood/planks used for internals has very poor finishing. After paying 70k for a bed, the output looks like one made of engineered wood with faulty fittings
Lastly, took full payment and delivered short quantity. We have been following up for delivery for last one month and they no longer take our calls or respond to messages.

This is not a rant. It is a genuine review to make people aware of their practices and to avoid them. The standard response to such feedback on the web from them is that it was a large order and thus took time. The instagram handle has great videos and customer testimonials. Don't fall for it like we did.

I ordered coffee table from Wooden Bazaar on 13th Feb, full payment was taken with a proforma invoice, false promises were made that this will be delivered within 20 days of order, after continuous follow up of almost every day it was shipped after 2 months and to our surprise the product was not as in picture, broken and damaged. The marble top was made of ceramic tile and low-quality wood used both of which got broken during delivery.
Looks to me a fraud company with no work ethics, only one person named Sahil is reachable only when we try with using different phone numbers, keeps on delaying and saying that it will be shipped in 3 days, 5 days etc. No order updates were sent, no pictures of the product were shared which was all promised during order booking and even asking for it continuously.
After complaint raised of damaged product was promised for exchange in a week and now it is more than a month with no updates and no one is reachable from the company.
Very bad experience with this company, these online portals should be banned as they knock down the trust of the customers.

I order a 4 seater dinning table on 20th jan. They have a whatsapp number for customer support with no emails or any other company details where you can contact them at first they will answer your calls and revert to you immediately untill you place the order
After the order is placed they will start delaying replies and keep giving you reasons after repeated calls i received the product after 2.5 months and that too a broken item.

I received the marble top of the dinning which are broken into 3 pieces.
I called them and requested for a replacement as i was supposed to received the complete product. They said they have shipped the new table top marble and when i asked the shipment number they do not provide.

They have blocked my number and when i call them from unknown number they answer it and give the same [censored] that they have shipped it with no concrete details.

The quality and finish is not exactly as it it mentioned on the website.
They are all AI generated and they do not match the actual product.

I would request the other customers to not order any product from them they are scammers looting people with their money with no ethics.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction regarding the two bar stools I purchased on 14th October 2024. The order was delivered on 14th November 2024 in poor packaging, which likely contributed to the damage of the items.

Upon opening the package, I found that both bar stools were damaged. Additionally, the quality of the product is far below the standard expected, appearing cheap and poorly made.

Despite my repeated phone calls to your customer service team, I have not received a satisfactory response or resolution to this matter. This lack of support has further added to my frustration as a customer.

I request an immediate resolution, which may include:

A full refund for the damaged and substandard items.
Replacement with bar stools of acceptable quality.
Reimbursement of any additional costs incurred due to this issue (e.g., return shipping).
Please respond to this email within 7 business days to confirm how you intend to resolve this issue. If I do not receive a satisfactory response, I may consider escalating this matter through consumer protection agencies or legal means.

Hi I placed an order on 13 th nov it’s been almost 20 days since I ordered . At the time of booking I was told within 4-5 days it will be dispatched .its not been delivered till now. Whenever you try and take an update from abeed zubairy (the contact person) he doesn’t answer calls or replies to messages. I feel like there is a scam . If I don’t get my furniture in a few days I will make an official police complaint in cheating and fraud case.
