I placed an order for 2 chairs on wooden bazar website (order #2789) on 15th Nov'23.
Please refer to the screenshot below.
As per the details on the website, I was supposed to receive the chairs at my place by around 25th Nov'23.
When I called up customer care (+91 [protected]) on 25th Nov'23, I was informed that there's a delay and I will receive the chairs by 29th Nov'23.
On not receiving the product on 29th Nov'23, I called up again and this time I was informed that I will receive the product by 5th Dec'23.
Next I called on 4th Dec'23 and was again informed about further delay and that the product will be dispatched on 6th Dec'23.
On 6th Dec'23, I was informed that I will receive the chairs on 12th Dec'23.
When I called up on 12th Dec'23, they again told lies about delay and said product will be delivered by 16th Dec'23
On 14th Dec'23 they generated shipment booking with bluedart and when I called up bluedart on 16th Dec'23 they informed me that wooden bazar hasn't handed over the product.
All these guys do is tell lies including their owner Adeeb.
I have not had such a bad experience with any vendor till now
