I placed an order for dressing table on wooden bazar website (order #3391) on 06th Jan 2025
As per the details on the website,
delivery timeline is 25 days
I was supposed to receive the dressing table to my location by 05 Feb 2025.
After multiple conversations on customer care number (+[protected] about the subject on the order not delivered?
when the order is not received to me by 05th feb
I texted "Hello Sir, would you please proceed towards the refund for the canceled order" - 11th Feb 2025
Reply from Customer care " We will dispatch by tomorrow not refund" - 07th Feb 2025
I texted "Why the status is still in order ready and you updated me that order is shipped?" Can you proceed towards refund if you do not confirm shipping - 11th Feb 2025

I texted "This is extreme delay with no updates to customer and after multiple request you are denying to me for refund." - 14th Feb 2025

So I have mentioned the important exchanges, and the tracking number is not correct it is showing some other location. and till today 22.03.2025 I have not received the product and no response from the customer care .
And in the website the order status for my order #3391 is still pending.
And after contacting them no response. On 2nd March in an auto generated mail they have send me the feedback for the received product where I have not received the product technically. This is completely cheating and fraud.
I have not experienced such a mental harassment and bad experience .
Please take some actions against this Company wooden bazaar and I am seeking refund amount 22, 799 /-.

False advertizing and poor quality

We ordered a wooden shelf in solid burma teak in November 2024. We recieved a product that was poorly made with no where near the quality they claim to offer. It was not burma teak and it was not solid wood. They claim it was a "pine finish" which is somehow painted on the outside of the shelf. It looks horrendous. The delivery time was 2 months. After you pay, they stop responding to WhatsApp calls and messages. We wanted either a refund or that they make us shelfs in asked quality and finish. They said they would call us back. They never call us back and they do not pick up the phone when we call. When we called from a different phone number, they pick up. When we state our case they hang up and block our number. We have filed a consumer court claim against the company.

Throughout this period, I have contacted Wooden Bazar multiple times, stressing the importance of receiving my order by November 10, as I have an important client meeting at my home on November 11. This meeting is critical to my business and cannot be rescheduled. Unfortunately, despite my ongoing efforts and numerous follow-ups, Wooden Bazar has consistently failed to provide a concrete delivery date or any resolution. Here is a summary of the events:
1. Initially, Wooden Bazar informed me that the required cloth for the order was unavailable. I immediately responded, agreeing to change the fabric to any available option to avoid delays.
2. Then, I was told that the table size would need to be modified, and I accommodated this change as well.
3. After that, they cited staf[censored]navailability due to leave as the cause of delay.
4. Finally, I was informed that the marble had been sent to a vendor, with no specific timeline for completion.
Each communication was met with new excuses rather than any proactive steps to ensure delivery. As of today, Wooden Bazar’s customer support has become unresponsive, effectively leaving me in a helpless situation, with no information on when I might expect my order. This lack of transparency, professionalism, and accountability has left me in a highly inconvenient position, forcing me to bear the brunt of their negligence during a crucial client meeting at my home.
This situation has caused me undue stress, disrupted my plans, and will potentially damage my professional reputation. I am seeking immediate assistance from the Consumer Rights Forum to resolve this matter and hold Wooden Bazar accountable for failing to honor their commitments. I am also requesting guidance on any further actions I may take, including compensation for the damages caused by their continued delays and lack of communication.

I had ordered 3 wooden bar chairs on wooden bazar .com on 29/9/2024 worth Rs 45000/-, with order no 3190. I had received a main confirming the order and amount received. The order was supposed to be delivered in 3 weeks but it’s been more than a month and on repeated enquiry they just say it’s being dispatched but they don’t share any dispatch details. please look into the matter and do needful.

I placed an order for a console and now it's almost 2 months, with no response. I have been trying to reach Mr. Adeeb who have been coordinating with me for this order and its a disappointing experience overall.
He promise every time to share tracking number but at the end doesn't share anything.
I'm taking a legal route as I lost money and have no faith on them anymore. I doubt the testimonials provided in their website and...

Order ID 3116-TV cabinet not delivered over 21 days now. repeated fake promises from customer care

I had placed an online order for a TV cabinet (order ID 3116) making a full payment of 22, 800/- from their website on Aug 13th, 2024. The committed delivery estimate was between 18th of Aug to 23rd of Aug. Please refer screenshot attached. Its been over 21 days now and they have still not dispatched the order.
I have sent emails asking for updates to their email ids [protected]@woodenbazar.com and [protected]@woodenbazar.com. But they didn't care to give a response. every time I call on the customer care number +91 [protected] they give false promises of dispatching it in the next couple of days and this pattern continues. I have called on their secondary numbers as well +91 [protected] (I had received order successfully placed WhatsApp message from this number) and [protected] but they don't care to respond.
Please help me in this regards and guide me if this is an online scam and if I should file a police complaint for fraud and cheating?

We ordered a study desk which we needed in a hurry, in the 1st week of March. We were told it would be dispatched early if we ordered on that date... and would arrive between March 14th to 18th. We have since followed up repeatedly - first they didn't commit to a date, then they stopped answering our calls and don't call back.
We have spent a lot of money and we have no way to find out about the product or getting a refund.br...

Misleading & fraudulent actions by Wooden Bazar

This company is pathetic. I would warn other consumers to be wary & not go through what im going through
1. The have misleading images on the website
2. I waited for a month & a half & after multiple follow ups, was delivered something that looked & was way inferior than what was displayed
3. Sin i had paid all up front-23, 999, i have no choice but to keep following up for return & refund
4. They are not reverting & not taking my request of return & refund
5. Even after I have sent images showing the difference, they refuse to accept
