Wooden Street — Defective Wardrobe

⭐ 1/5 – Very Disappointing Experience

I am extremely disappointed with Wooden Street’s after-sales service.

I purchased a Nixon Solid Wood 2 Door Cupboard (Honey Finish) for approximately ₹47, 000. Unfortunately, the wardrobe has issues with the doors and shelves, and we have not been able to use it since the day it was delivered.

We reported the issue on 19 August and were told that we would receive a call and resolution within 24 hours. However, several days have passed and there is still no proper resolution.

Their carpenter already visited and inspected the wardrobe and informed us that the issue was not repairable and replacement was required. Despite this, we are still waiting for a proper response.

We have also tried contacting customer support, but calls are not being answered or are getting disconnected.

We have purchased products worth approximately ₹3 lakh from Wooden Street, so we expected much better customer service. Unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing.

Please resolve the issue properly and replace the defective wardrobe instead of delaying the matter further.
