I have seen all the complaints against wooden street and unfortunately I too fell into their trap.
My order (35070) for a 4 seater dinning table was placed on 28th Jun and they took full payment in advance saying it will be delivered in 5-7 weeks.

Till 5th week we didn't have any updates about the status. Their tracking site is never updated and every time you call the customer care they promise to call you back with...

I have paid 28900 on 13.04.18 and received material on 09.06.18. I have observed front doors are not closing due to misalignment and inside boards are having cracks.

Doors are not closing and attracted by the magnet fixed inside. After keeping the materials inside bottom boards are crack.

While showing the sample in the show room it was looking like sing piece where as received the board with three stripes.br...

I have visited their website and show room in bangalore. Paid 30000 for customised wooden side board 65'x20'x33' on 13.04.18 and material received on 09.06.18.
Observation/complaint
1. Doors and closing properly
2. Bottom board are not single wooden piece and found crack
Compalint lodged them on over phone on 11th and they have advised to send photo to [protected]@woodenstreet.com. I have sent on 17.06.18 and no reply...
