I had ordered few pieces of furniture from their webs after talking with customer support on 13 February. They sent the furniture in the March end. But one study table was broken. I filed a complaint for that on their customer support. It’s 2 may today till date the bookshelf had not been delivered. They don’t take calls and moreover raising a ticket again and again leads to nothing. What can be done for this issue… Was this information helpful? |
