The website states " Ships in 2 days" for many of the products. Looking at that I ordered a book shelf. It has been 5 days and there was no update. After calling customer care multiple times, they kept saying it will take 2 days of quality check and they do not know when it will be packed, shipped, reach local warehouse and reach my address. When I enquired why on the webiste they claim, there were all excuses. Customer care tried to tell me that ships in 2 days is after the product is ready. which makes no sense. Till now I have not received my product, They just kepe telling its packaged and will take 4-5 days to just reach the next stage or hop. No one has yet informed me by when can I expect delivery.

    I had raised multiple service request on 16 09 2023 and[protected]ticket no 50234, 48422 and 48423) regarding repair of furniture with respect to subject order number. The product is in warranty period. Carpenter has not visited for repair work till now. I am really disappointed with this pathetic product and service from woodenstreet. This company is doing fraud with customers by promising one year warranty.

          I have placed dressing table order on 19th of March and I was been informed that it will be delivered in 3 weeks..

          No updates hence I tried contacting the store representative from fourth week onwards, but no one was bother to pick the call or respond to WhatsApp msg. however, the store team was actively following till I placed the order but post that once the money is paid that’s it they think that CUSTOMERS ARE USELESS.

          After multiple follow ups on mail the order was finally delivered on 26th April.

          At the time of delivery itself we have pointed out the defects in the door as well the polish, but the delivery agent asked us to raise the ticket through online.

          No calls or mail received from 26th to till date other than an automated mail..

          I DIDNT SHELL OUT MY MONEY TO GET SOME DEFECTIVE PRODUCT. If you can address the issue just return my money and get your product out of my house..

            Wrong parts has been delivered and the installation team was not able to assemble to product purchased.
            It's been 1 week now, I have been pushing mails and calls for refund cause they are now asking another 3-4 weeks time to resend the wrong parts and also not responding the calls. The customer care do not have any info and they will ask to continue waiting.
            The outlet owners in Salt Lake Kolkata is not taking any responsibility and avoiding calls now.

              Under my order placed on 03/01/2023, I am yet to receive 1 product and another product is received damaged which is yet to be replaced. No one is responding to my calls and are unresponsive to the Tickets raised by me. Highly unprofessional company. I demand that the company deliver the product or refund me the amount alongwith penalty for delay, interest and inconvenience caused.

                I received a defective product on delivery and starting from delivery person who just ran away to store person vinay who says that you call customer care and himani escalation person on customer care your response is pathetic.

                It's been 2 weeks and the defective product is neither replaced or fixed. All complaint is being closed and just ignored

                Can I understand why it takes such long for a resolution.

                If not I would like to get a refund of my order

                  Ordered a TV unit on 13th Nov 2022. The order was only confirmed after a week and the Order page mentioned that the item is in production. I tried reaching out to the consumer support but no one gave me proper response as to when is the estimated time of delivery. Then I contacted the support team through whatsapp on 23rd Nov 2022 and they mentioned that the item is dispatched and in transit Also mentioned that someone from the delivery team will contact me within 24 hours but no one called. Then I filed multiple complaints and tickets with the grievance team and every time they told me that a senior executive will reach out to me but no one does. I then contacted them again on 28th Nov 2022, and they told me that the item is in the Delivery Center and that someone will call me for delivery time information. But as usual no one called. When I asked the team to cancel the order and refund my money back, they said they can't do it from their end and that I need to send an email to their support team. I did as told but still no one has responded yet.

                    I have ordered a single trundle bed on November 2021. One side broke down completely within 8 months o[censored]sage around June 2022.
                    The carpenter on inspection confirmed that it was a manufacturing defect. I raised a complaint again for a replacement of the entire bed or a refund.

                    These guys are unreliable. Cheaters of highest order. Asked for refund. It is now more than a month. When you enquire, they route the call to different region as the support team at headquarter cannot take decision. After routing the call, nobody picks up. Because now they are prepared. When you go with complaint, customer support team becomes customer itself. Untrained, unprofessional team.
                    What shall I do? Please help.

                      I ordered a Fabric Sofa from Wooden Street on 20th July, 2022 from their App. After ordering I received an email on my Gmail saying that my payment has been received and the amount was deducted from my account.

                      My Orders on the App was still not updated with the item and I could see it in my cart. I reached out first to the team on 21st July to update my order status on the app & website, and after multiple follow-ups and calls with customer service I was given a copy of their internal invoice and told that my order was confirmed. The portal not reflecting the order was due to a migration issue on their website.

                      It has been one month since, and every time I get in touch I am fed the same false assurance that the order will be disbursed in 2-3 more days (the original timeframe was 11 days when I ordered). It is a standard response that ALL the chat support guys give (almost like it has been passed on as a template), and when I interrogate them more they give in and tell me to 'raise a ticket' or 'talk to their senior' on the support email - only to have the senior say the same two lines.

                      I honestly think this is a scam that they are running, and the license needs to be confiscated. Would definitely recommend likes of HomeTown or HomeCenter - it has a much better Customer Service along with Order Delivery and Support.

                        I had ordered few pieces of furniture from their webs after talking with customer support on 13 February. They sent the furniture in the March end. But one study table was broken. I filed a complaint for that on their customer support. It’s 2 may today till date the bookshelf had not been delivered. They don’t take calls and moreover raising a ticket again and again leads to nothing. What can be done for this issue…

                          I want to purchase a detailed list 9f products from you, and the deliver I want it on 7th of May. And too want avail the 55% of discount and additional store discount of 2%. I spoke to a person from corporate office of yours named Bharath, and he says that the company policy is that.ww have upfront pay the complete amount of 2lakhs and 25 thousand while ordering the products. I think which is not feasible, there should be some via media about the payment policy. Wherein we are ready to pay 50 thousand to avail the discount whi h is mentioned by me above. And later in the month of April we are ready to pay the rest of the amount completely.
                          So the person was not ready to help the customer at all, and instead he ready to loose the customer. My question is the company is rigid on sticking.on to the policy on losing the customer. I the customer has to believe your company, I think you too need to believe the customer. Noone is ready to.loose his/her money. Plz expecting a reply from you.

                          Agree with this, i had similar experience. How can you expect customer to pay full amount upfront without any concrete guarantee of delivery except word of mouth assurances. What leverage is customer left with? What if your company suddenly closes down or is struck by some natural disaster, who will cover for that risk? Absolutely ridiculous. The staff are very arrogant and just say “this is our policy” no intention to help or retain customer. They don’t care. Just want the money. No different than thugs and dacoits.

How can a eCommerce site don't have cancellation policy and allowed by government to have online presence. Even after order was given on 4th Nov, product was still in initial stage of production on 21st Nov. I can't wait so long for small household furniture.                               Out of great difficulties, after 2.5 months we received the product on Monday 18.oct.21 with damaged pack and with poor packing without any plastic sheet to protect scratches on the laminates (please check the delivery slip mentioned about damage )..
                              21.oct.21 two carpenter from wooden street furniture came for assembling. when the carpenter opened the package, we were shocked to see poor quality of the flimsy furniture (study table)with scratches, stains, chipped mica lamination, broken table bushes and even top writing board was with lots of dirty stains, scratches and edge beading damaged ……very very pathetic. I don’t understand what quality check they carried out ??
                              As per specification mentioned in the website - plastic edge bending mentioned as 2mm but in actual no edge beading was seen!! Instead of that - mica has been pasted all around with 0.5mm edge beading only which was totally against as per specification mentioned in their website & that sharp edges causing damages to my child now… and only for the door 2mm edge beading used. This is purely cheating the customer by giving poor quality finish!!
                              It’s totally not worth for the money and we wasted the time for 2.5 months to receive such defective kind of product, we asked the carpenter to take back but Anna Nagar wooden street manager promised to replace the furniture totally in brand new condition and with the said specification (plastic edge beading 2mm all around) or else they will refund the money immediately but till now[protected]we have not received proper response from wooden street furniture about our refund many mails and phone calls exchanged but no use... instead they have sent again couple of MDF board which is useless for us..

                              wooden street not resolved the issues, not even once they have turned back till now ...woodensteet again and again closing the complaint without attending, pls dont close the complain without our approval .

                              woodenstreet have sent only 2 Mdf board that we alredy mentioned in the complain itself that is of NO USE ...

                              Still the 3 brokens bushes in the legs, few damaged MDF board not yet replaced ...(pls refer the PDF sent..)

                              pls Note : The product itself is not as per specification as customer i was not satisfied with the product quality and was cheated with wrong specification and we asked woodenstreet to take it back and refund our money ...

                                1. No proper installation done. They have just left half baked things telling that one more person would come and fix. But, no one turned up till date
                                2. Tool Kit (Bag of mechanical tools like spanner and other things) is not given to us, which was suppose to be given.
                                3. Plywood (on which we place mattress) is damaged - there is a big hole.
                                4. Plywood does not fit properly to the frame of bed- there is too much of gap between frame and plywood, which will lead to segregation of dust.
                                5. There are many scratches on the bed.

                                    I've purchased dressing table from wooden street and having issues with it... I asked their representative for a carpenter visit on 6 Aug and still have no update..they are not even responding to my calls or wats app msg.. The dressing table i purchased is of high price as compared to local market and their service doesn't justify the price they ask for

                                      We have purchased a crockery unit on 1st August and we found that it wont fit in our house, we tried to reach lethargic customer service to cancel the request. They were not answering calls, they were putting the calls on hold and not resolving the issue. The whatsapp complaint also didnt work. After long follow up, they told they cant cancel the order (even though the delivery was after 6-8 week) and will not refund the money. After long follow up they agreed to cancel the order but they will provide credit note which we have to utilize to purchase other order and in a limited time! this is tyranny, why are they forcing us to buy goods from them if we tried to cancel within a day time. Now we placed order for other item and we need it urgently, delivery schedule it shows in 6-8 weeks!! we want that item urgently. Now our money is stuck in this scamster site, They are not replying for expedition of delivery. We are not able to cancel order and get refund back to our actual payment mode. Money is stuck!! Please help me to cancel this order and get back my money. I will never recommend this scam website to anyone. My bad luck I purchased from here.

                                              I ordered three items. two items took many weeks longer than original promised delivery time.
                                              One of the items, a black metal bed, HAS NOT YET BEEN DELIVERED EVEN AFTER FOUR MONTHS!
                                              Another item, came in damaged. After several calls, and complaints, the damaged part (a top plank of a bedside table) was delivered but not fixed. Now we are left begging them repeatedly to come and fix it.

                                              They will deliver on one day and promise to come another day to fix, but it needs several reminders. At least if its a local carpernter, you can get hold of him, but here you are at mercy of waiting for long perios on the phone, many times the line going dead before they pick or you being transferred to the concerned department.
                                              STAY AWAY!

                                                  Sir, I ordered Furnitures from Wooden Street online on 15th April 2021 and the delivery time was 5-7weeks, which was by end of May 2021. Till date, 5th July 2021, the product is not yet delivered even after thorough follow up from my side I never got a confirmation from them. Wooden Street promises me that they will deliver the product in 2 weeks every time I call them up. But the promises are never kept and hence I am raising this Complaint.

                                                    Ordered a lounge chair. it came all soggy and wet. image on the website and the actual product are very different and they refuse to correct an error in the bill also. Most horrible after sales service.

                                                      Hi, I ordered a furniture (wall mounted study table) and surprised to see the bad quality. When i raised the issue, the post sales customer care is pathetic and struggling to get it a resolution. They say that their process is that the carpenter will fix the damage even if its major. Why should i pay and get a rectified product?

                                                        I ordered Della Sofa Cum Bed, which was costing 48K almost. I got it delivered 2 months later and also in a state of damage, a part is broken and deep cut is there on the armrest. Delivery person said contact store. Store people were not at all responding to the issue. It was purely exploiting the people through website photos and youtube videos. And completely the service is upside down. What Can I do with broken and scratcged cut sofa cum bed, paid full amount. Pls help me recover my amouny, either they need to take back the sofa or replace it. But they are purely cheating public.

                                                        No response till now. I sent many messages called many times to store. They are not lifting the call for the second time and not even resolving the issue
