Order#189221 (Delivered on 24 Oct 2021, ordered on 6 Oct 2021) 1. No proper installation done. They have just left half baked things telling that one more person would come and fix. But, no one turned up till date 2. Tool Kit (Bag of mechanical tools like spanner and other things) is not given to us, which was suppose to be given. 3. Plywood (on which we place mattress) is damaged - there is a big hole. 4. Plywood does not fit properly to the frame of bed- there is too much of gap between frame and plywood, which will lead to segregation of dust. 5. There are many scratches on the bed.
