Ordered a TV unit on 13th Nov 2022. The order was only confirmed after a week and the Order page mentioned that the item is in production. I tried reaching out to the consumer support but no one gave me proper response as to when is the estimated time of delivery. Then I contacted the support team through whatsapp on 23rd Nov 2022 and they mentioned that the item is dispatched and in transit Also mentioned that someone from the delivery team will contact me within 24 hours but no one called. Then I filed multiple complaints and tickets with the grievance team and every time they told me that a senior executive will reach out to me but no one does. I then contacted them again on 28th Nov 2022, and they told me that the item is in the Delivery Center and that someone will call me for delivery time information. But as usual no one called. When I asked the team to cancel the order and refund my money back, they said they can't do it from their end and that I need to send an email to their support team.
