Woodentwist — No response on emails

I had placed 2 orders (Numbers 3148 and 3151) on 19-jun-2020. I want to cancel them and i raised a cancel request via the website and have also emailed them.

I am doing continuous follow-up for more than a week. Till now no response from them. They are not reachable via phone or email.

The blue dart tracking ([protected]) shows that the item is returned to shipper. But they are remaining tight lipped about my refund. I still dont know when they will refund my amount.

Hi,

Inspite of repeated follow ups on email I just got only one reply from WoodenTwist side. One person asked me the reason for cancellation. I promptly replied to him with my reason for cancellation. After that no response from him too. Please help to get my money back.
