Hi Team,
I ordered a wooden product from www.woodentwist.com for Rs.1999. But after 2-3 days, I had no longer requirement for the product, so I contacted them to cancel the order, but since they already shipped the order, they couldn't. So, I read their return policy, and it was clearly given that I can return it without any charges. I have screenshot of their return policy. And when the order reached to me, I sent it back by not accepting it. Now since the order has reached them, I asked them for refund, but they did not respond in first 2-3 days. After complaining to the payment gateway provider 'simpl' about this, simpl contacted them and they replied that they will refund only 80% amount of the order. So, I asked them on what basis they are cutting 20% of my money, they said its the restocking charges. I told them its not mentioned in the return policy and I took the screenshot of their page. So just for the sake of looting my money, they instantly added new lines and said refresh the page and you will see. I want my money back. Please help.

No response on emails
I had placed 2 orders (Numbers 3148 and 3151) on 19-jun-2020. I want to cancel them and i raised a cancel request via the website and have also emailed them.
I am doing continuous follow-up for more than a week. Till now no response from them. They are not reachable via phone or email.
The blue dart tracking ([protected]) shows that the item is returned to shipper. But they are remaining tight lipped about my refund. I still dont know when they will refund my amount.
