I ordered a wooden product from www.woodentwist.com for Rs.1999. But after 2-3 days, I had no longer requirement for the product, so I contacted them to cancel the order, but since they already shipped the order, they couldn't. So, I read their return policy, and it was clearly given that I can return it without any charges. I have screenshot of their return policy. And when the order reached to me, I sent it back...

I had placed 2 orders (Numbers 3148 and 3151) on 19-jun-2020. I want to cancel them and i raised a cancel request via the website and have also emailed them.

I am doing continuous follow-up for more than a week. Till now no response from them. They are not reachable via phone or email.
