From 2 weeks I m going to shop to collect the shoes but every week they r telling to come next week.

Today:1st APRIL I went to collect the shoe.
They have giving the shoes with out doing any work on it. Instead they stitched in other part of the shoe just like that, where it lost the look and shape.manual Stitching.

I have complaint again..they told to come next week again(5/4/2014).
Finally I have decided to complaint on them.
I m going file consumar cort here in hyderabad with the bill and repair slip.
I want my shoes to be replaced or my money back.

I tried to call c-care[protected] I'm on hold for 8min ..no response from them.
I mailed to [protected]@woorlandworlwide.com, its un-delivered.

NOTE:
Help me to get new shoes or my money back.
Customer care[protected] and email-id ([protected]@woodlandworldwide.com)are not working.
How to take action on them.

I have been using woodland from many year but this one I got really bad one.
