    Dear Woodland Team,

    I purchased a pair of woodland sandals fom Sara Selvaratnam Melur Main Rd, Mattuthavani, Madurai Tamil Nadu, India on 17/03/2023

    The buttons on the back side strip keep on coming off every 100 metres(adventurous??)
    I am facing this problem since the very first day. I went to official Woodland showroom near me they refused to take care of my product. Is this how you treat customers is there no any warranty provided by Woodlands. They don't even caring about what customer saying. We are buying these products only for good quality and service but the way Woodland handles is worst. I'm really frustrated to use this sandals due to becoming losse every second I can't even tighten it everytime.

          Purchased 2 pairs of woods shoes from woodlands outlet N213, at Zirakhpur Road on 3/28/2021 worth more than Rs.5500/
          There are no proper sales Personnels present there at the outlet to show shoes to clients. 1 girl & 1boy were there who were least interested in assisting us. They said they are not sales Personnels and even their way of talking to us was too irritating.
          We understand there is scarcity of staff and also stock. But still, there is a decent way to interact with customers.
          This is not expected from Woodlands
          Please look into the matter.

            I went to nearby woodland shop in the month of june 2019 and shopped for rs.2500/-. When i showed the gv to the cashier, he assured that it can be used for multiple times and used that gv for rs.2500/-. (Though the gift value is rs.5000)
            When i visited the outlet yesterday, system is not accepting the gv and showing the message "gv already consumed". Cashier stated he cannot do anything as the system is not allowing him to enter the code.

            After going through the t&c, i observed that the gv can be used only once.
            But it was the wrong confirmation from the woodland outlet cashier, i had to use the gv worth rs.5000 to only rs.2500/-

            Kindly look into it issue

              I have purchased a footwear from erode woodlands showroom on 17/08/2019 at 4:02:09pm... I purchased for the rate rs.1617... I asked for the bill for my footwear but refused to bill that product... Even i strongly asked them to give me the bill for the product and they refused... Its totally illegal... I will take necessary action legally as i am having proof for that... I [censored] r not going to rectify... This s totally unfair for me as i am valued and regular customer for woolands......

                I have bought woodlands shoes from chennai which i rarely used not more than 2 or 3 times a year after which the soal got damaged like biscuits. I took to pondicherry providence mall showroom for repair. They told a call back once it got done. But after 4 months when i came back and asked, they told it can’t be repaired neither replaced. So don’t buy woodlands products.

                  We have purchased Woodland Sandals (Mens) from Woodlands Factory Outlet Shop No.1010, Surya Prasad Complex, Udaya Ravi Road, E & F Block, Kuvempunagar, Mysore - 570023 on 03rd May 2019. We have observed that after use of Sandals the foot palm is getting black staining from the sandals. This is leaving an impression on the skin and it is difficult to clean even with soap solution. This may be due to quality issue. Pl find the pictures attached for reference. Kindly revert back with an 8D report on the possible cause.

                  I need refund for the product purchased as this has not fulfilled my requirements.

                    I want to replace shoes which i have purchased from malhar mega mall (Beside c21 mall) indore reliance footprint woodland on 5 april 2018. I went 3rd time for repair. Problem was that binding less are 3 times cut automatic by metal hooks of lace. And for protection of sole by thread which are continue pulling and loosing. And i got deep cut by using screw tighter driver. When i went for repair that problem reliance boy used a screw driver for repair and by fault he deep scratched on my shoe i want return me shoe i have purchased on 4000 rate in policy of 3 months warranty. Scratch size is 3 cm long and 3-4 mm deep in left shoe.
                    I have complaint 3 times in reliance footprint but not got solution yet from there. And they gave me shoe less pair of another shoe not available in store their. And told to not replace but 1st during buying they told if any issue it will replace in 3 month after 3 month it will service life time policy.. I dont know anything i want return can not wear a waste shoe without any offer in 4000 offer.

                    I m sending 3rd time lace cut pic deep scratched on left shoe. And purchased bill is attached

                    Kindly solve my problem i want returns or replace if it will not solve i will take strict action on this case.

                    I bought woodlands high ankle shoe last year from Delhi . But the sole of the same is in bad condition. I wore only for 7 to 8 times, but it is in bad condition. Pl help me to replace the sole please.

                      I have ordered 2 shoes on their site on 10th January, till 15th it was showing'ready for shipment'. I contacted the customer care through their email id, the reply was to contact using a toll free number. I tried but it was continuesly saying busy. The very next day I got the courier, but in their site it was still mentioning ready to ship.

                      I got the items, but to my shock the item size was huge and it was damaged. I immediately sent a mail, but no reply or call. I tried contacting customer care through their toll free number, but the same story. Busy

                      One of the worst customer care service they have. Will never get someone on line. What a stupid company

                        Worst ever Customer Service by Woodlands I am regular buyer of Woodlands products and I have purchased several goods in the past for my personal use. Always, I trust the product quality and the service provided after purchase Recently, I bought my third shoe in Woodlands with the same expectation. To my disappointment, within three months - I see the product is a defective piece and a strange noise is coming from both of my shoes which is weird and I cannot use my shoes. I went to one of the showroom and they asked to return my product for a replacement. After one month, instead of replacement - they gave back the old shoe with some repair. For repairing, they have removed the complete bottom and pasted it with some glue. Now, the shoe looks ugly and no more a finished product. I totally disappointed and frustrated as the repair was done without my consent. The Dealer has no answer and reluctant to explain me the reason. Going forward - I will never go for any purchase with Woodlands and will recomment my friends and family to not purchase any products from Woodlands brand. Really frustrating fact is that even the repair is not done properly and the shoe is giving strange noise. I spent 3500 INR for a Shoe which is o[censored]seless and Woodlands is no more a Trustworthy Brand My Purchase Details Invoice TIN NO:[protected] CSTNO: 650541/28-09-95 Just got call from the Store manager saying that the product has been returned instead of replacement. The store manager is neither taking responsibility and giving no proper response. Woodlands totally ruined my patience and I will not recommend woodlands to any of my friends and family.

                          I have purchased a woodlands sandals 2 months back price 3295 rs . And within a month the sandal is torn and the leg is injured in wearing this sandal. This is an expensive product and causing injury, and less worth material

                            Please do the needful Dear sir, I have purchased one Footware article no GC0232106A Khaki 42 from M/S Aero Club Woodland Store Shop No. 010&010-A Forum 10/3 Lala Lajpatari Sarani Kolkata on 24.11.13. But unfortunately I found a major manufacturing defect on 27th Nov 13 and given a complain on the store on 28.11.13. and the replace my footwear on 03.12.13 to me accordingly. But after wearing the shoe on 04.12.13 I found that the pasting of sole are left out for both the pair and again inform it to the store but they refused to take further complain against the defect and inform me to produce the product for repairing. And I have delivered the footwear to the store on 08.12.13 but I did not under stand and also the store representative did not explain why a new footwear just 15days old having a problem with sole pasting. Till day I did not get any response from the store where I returned my footwear thus I am raising my issue to the [protected]@woodlandworldwide.com. The brand value of great Woodland footwear, I did not found through this product and also with the behaviour of store representative. Why I will accept the repairing job for my purchased new product and why product of such type having a manufacturing defect is available in store for selling. I did not have an idea for Selling of products with manufacturing defect is an offence in our mother land or not . Any way I was victimized by this.
