Woodtspl — Request to Update Loan Status to Closed in CIBIL

I am writing regarding my loan account associated with your WOODTSPL, which was taken in the year 20 17.

I would like to inform you that I have fully repaid the entire outstanding amount of this loan in 2017. However, I have recently observed that the loan account is still being reported as "Active" in my CIBIL credit report.

I kindly request you to:

Verify the payment records for the mentioned loan details.
Update the loan status to "Closed" in your records.
Report the updated status to TransUnion CIBIL and other credit bureaus at the earliest.

Additionally, I request you to kindly provide a No Objection Certificate (NOC) or Loan Closure Certificate for my records.
