No loan was taken from WOODTSPL on year 2017 but now it shows current dew of ₹2375 is outstanding. Due to this I couldn’t apply loans further. I’m in emergency situation to get loan now

I took a mobile loan in 2017 which I have already paid since I paid in cash I did not have any proof for it

I have medical emergency which is why I am trying to avail personal loan it is getting rejected
