Hi, ordered 4+3 l shape sofa set on 10th april through online purchasing on woodys furniture site, paid whole amount, the product received on 2nd week of may was damaged, both 4 & 3 seater sofa, as per company policy i sent damaged photos to mail i'd, after 15 days they finalized on decision of giving me a complete replacement of product. But i kept waiting and made multiple calls and mails to company for follow up, later registered an online complaint on consumer forum calling toll free number of consumer forum. After all these they forcefully sent me irrelevant size of parcel which is not even to equal to 3 seater, still i haven't unboxed it. An invoice is also attached that i ordered this product. After calling to company that why this small parcel was sent to me, instead of providing me complete replacement. They were clueless. They are big fraud and very badly they are harassing me mentally.
