Received defective and substandard dining table set. Easy return and 1 year warranty was part of terms and condition. But, company not taking any action. Fooling people seems to be their normal practice. They do not even respond properly.
I had made complain in consumer helpline, but company did not respond to them.
What should i do now? Is consumer forum/court is viable option?
