Their website clearly states refund is processes within 48 hrs if goods are not delivered then how can the merchant refuse refund.

My order number is[protected], I placed an order on 9th February . They said after 1 month that they cant deliver my product. On 5th March they said that they will initiate my refund however its been 2 weeks there is no update. I have tried to connect with customer care but there is no revert. Please see to it.
