I am one of the latest victims of Woodys furniture. Their website is deceptive giving an impression that they have branches all over India. The sofa set they sent is of poor quality, and all the pieces of furniture damaged in variable degrees – with cracks, breaks, nail marks, chipped and broken wood etc., etc. When I called them to either repair or replace the furniture, they said they would send a carpenter to fix them. But their carpenter never came even after repeated calls and reminder e-mails to the company, and now they have stopped receiving my calls. So I cannot call them anymore. My advice is NEVER PLACE ANY ORDER TO PURCHASE ANY PRODUCTS FROM THIS COMPANY - poor quality furniture, doesn’t take responsibility for their actions and products, ZERO customer care, NO after sales service. Just keep away from Woodys Furniture. I feel it is a delinquent company with no supervision of any sort over its business by the law enforcement authorities.
