Respected sir,

My name is hemanth kumar & i'm from bangalore.

This is regarding the online purchase made by me on 07th june 2017. Actually, i had purchased / ordered one dining table for sel[censored]se for which i had transferred full payment of ₹ 17, 990/- to the supplier's bank account through net banking (Cod option was not available at that period).
I had also received a confirmation mail regarding the order processing & the supplier had given the delivery schedule before 7th july 2017.

From past one month, i'm keep on calling them on their customer care number regarding the status of the order, they keep on promising that the material is not available right now as it is an imported product. But it will be delivered to you within 1 week.

Even today i had spoken to them regarding the status, but again they are asking for another 1 week time.

I would like to request your good office to look into this matter on urgent basis and i request you to register a complaint against this supplier.

I request you to take immediate action and file a complaint against this vendor immediately so that no other consumer is going to be affected loss from this vendor.

I've enclosed the order details and the contact information of the vendor for your perusal.

I either demand a triple compensation payment or replacement of the product with the other one which i choose from the vendor.

I hope my complaint will be registered and immediate action will be taken against this vendor.
