I bought a sofa set from these guys and got the wrong set of cushions. I have been trying to get these exchanged for nearly two months now but, as many have already mentioned, this company has appalling post-sales service.
No response from call center, no response to emails. Finally someone called rihaan (+[protected] got in touch and said the 'delivery team' will get take this forward.
Needless to say, no word from delivery team and mr rihaan is also unavailable. Still wondering how to get the right item from these guys.
