I ordered a swing chair on 25th march online at woody's store, they called up immediately to confirm the order once the online payment was made. Later i received an email 10 days later stating that the order cannot be processed unless i pay them 2000/- more for delivery, this was not the initial statement. It was mentioned that they would refund my money in 15 days if i do not pay them additional 2000/ rupees. I asked them to refund the money but that has not happened. None of my emails and phone calls are now answered. I have lost my money and also wasting my time trying to connect with them. Additionally it has caused a lot of mental pain due to all this.
