Hi,
I ordered sofa on 10/7/2018 by paying rs, 13131/- through credit card and after 15 days i was started calling for the status and after few days received my call and said,
"we have some internal issues so unable to delivery the product so we are going to refund"
After that keep on calling and sending an emails but no response as well as their website is not working so i am unable to reach them to get back my money.
Kindly help me

I have personally visited your shops at goregaon west to buy center table but ot was informed that i should place order online. Thereafter, we placed order of olympia black & white wooden coffee table on 08/07/2018. It was promised to be delivered within 15 days, but we are surprised to inform that alrady one month has expired, you have not sent not a single communication about its actual delivery schedule.
Kindly look into matter & process the order asap,

- i paid a total of 8500 rs via credit card payment to woodys furniture on jun 2 for a balcony furniture set (2 chairs and 1 table). They promised delivery within 2 weeks. After the time elapsed, i tried following up by calling their number and they were not answering. Once they picked and said they have issues with goods coming from china. I sent a person to the store, and they said they will refund the money, and gave a different number. Now they are no answering the other number also.

money lost on a product ordered online

I ordered a swing chair on 25th march online at woody's store, they called up immediately to confirm the order once the online payment was made. Later i received an email 10 days later stating that the order cannot be processed unless i pay them 2000/- more for delivery, this was not the initial statement. It was mentioned that they would refund my money in 15 days if i do not pay them additional 2000/ rupees. I asked them to refund the money but that has not happened. None of my emails and phone calls are now answered. I have lost my money and also wasting my time trying to connect with them. Additionally it has caused a lot of mental pain due to all this.

I placed order for tv cabinet on 20 may and the delivery time they committed was 19 june. Since then i am following alternate days and they give evasive answers and commitments which are not followed.
I have complained to consumer affairs - government of india and they too are taking legal actions. If you have issues, please approach the government cell of consumer affairs (http://consumeraffairs.nic.in/home.aspx).
There are several complaints against the owner mr ashraf sheikh who has cheated many people.

I reside in bhandup. I had ordered shoe rack two months back. I had requested for return since i dint like the quality. I have sent several email on their info / [protected]@woodysfurniture.in sevaral times... i called up in their store many times and spoken to Shoeb however nobody came to pickup the product. Few days back i their whatsapp number [protected].i messaged them.. shared relevant information and requested for pickup... i got greeting messages from Neetu Yadav and when asked her about the status of my pick she stopped replying me... Today i again called at the store and requested shoeb to share his managers number and he refused to give me the contact number... and replied that if need to talk him then you will have to come to goregoan store all the way from bhandup... just to talk to his manager. I am very much annoyed and disguisted with the service these people provide. From the bottom of my heart i request you not purchase any furniture from such people who dont value to others time, money and energy.

I have ordered kitchen cabinet. They had delayed the delivery and still giving status as processing. From last 1week I am asking them to cancel the order and they are not doing. Don't reply to emails and customer care team everytime give different replies.Worst experience. Don't ever go to shop with Woody's furniture else will have to repel. Worst online site I have experienced in my entire life.

Very late delivery and wrong size furniture

I ordered dining table from this company more than 1 and 1/2 months back. After lot of co-ordination from my side (They never call you and inform and never reply to emails) I got the dining table delivered. The size is incorrect and they are asking me to send the furniture back if possible. I have never experienced such bad co-ordination from any other online site.
It is a very disorganized company that do not believe in customer satisfaction. It has been a terrible experience so far. I am very disappointed as they are not even willing to cancel the order and return money. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM WOODY"S FURNITURE

Missing spare parts for the furniture sent and took 3 months for delivery

Bought a patio swing chair for Rs. 16, 000 on January 26th 2017. Order received in April 2nd week with missing spare parts. The swing chair is sleeping in patio unused with out the parts for it. I had called at least 30 or 40 times and unfortunately an irresponsible customer care team and their back end team. I had asked for cancelation way back with no response from the customer care. They are not canceling the items and instead bullying the consumers by unwarranted deadlines for product dispatch. I need to file a complaint against this owner in the consumer court for such poor customer service.
