I have placed an tv entertainment unit for this company in on-line and paid rs. 13, 784.88 this includes of taxes and transportation from mumbai to bangalore on 05th march 2017, i have received the messages stating that the unit is not there so the ordered is cancelled and it will be refunded. So far i have not received the payment, so please help me regarding this. Whenever i call them they are giving the replay that the concerned team is not there and concerned person is not there, like that i am getting from them. The order no.
