Woodys Furniture — non delivery of item

I have made a order of one shoe rack at website www.woodysfurniture.in on 15/06/18 amounting to Rs 4600/-.My order no was[protected].But till date I have not received the item neither any communication from the the company regarding delay in delivery.My repeated attempt to connect to customer care goes unattended.My mails to customer care remains unanswered.I would like the company to either deliver the item or refund the amount at the earliest.
