Woodys Furniture — non fixing of the chest of drawers

I had ordered a chest of drawers in the month of March 2017 . It has taken so much of time to assemble and it is not yet assembled fully . I don’t know how long more you will take to do up the chest of drawers . Complaint no is - 7213 I had been talking to the customer care people and sending mails regarding the same . Their attitude towards attending to the complaint seems their last priority. I am tired of following up with them . Total amount was paid to them before the delivery of the item and I am still left with out unaccomplished task . I have attached the picture of the catchers of drawers present status of fixtures. Kindly do the needful
