Woodys Furniture — paid for a study table not, received or refunded it has been 3 months

Iam from Bangalore, I placed a order for a study table for 7, 196 Rs on 14th may 2017 with order number[protected], and it was supposed to be delivered by 12th june 2017,
but not yet delivered, asked for a refund and no response from them, apart from saying that it is in processing every time.

In the past 2 months i have called them about 20 times and mail them many times, and there support unconcerned and casual tell some excuse,
Last time i told them I will be raising an consumer complaint and they casually said ok.

Now it has been 3 months, as they have run out of reasons, there are no response mail or call from them.

This is clearly a fraud company taking away money from a lot of peoples as i can see here in consumer complaint here,
Please somebody should take an action.
