Woodys Furniture — product not delivered and neither refund is being processed

I have placed an order with woodys furniture on 05/03/2017, on their site https://woodysfurniture.in/ order no.[protected], rs 13128. Made the full payment at the time of placement of the order online via credit card. And have been given the expected delivery time to be 18 working days. Now it’s been nearly four months i did not received the delivery of my order. For the past two weeks i am requesting them to cancel my order and refund the money, but no action from their side to refund the money. On calling up there helpline no. +91-[protected]. They say drop an email to [protected]@woodysfurniture.in asking for the cancellation for which i have had dropped several email, but no response from there end on it. On calling back the helpline number again they say they cannot take the cancellation order via phone and we have to drop a e-mail [protected]@woodysfurniture.in, which was already done several times. They promise to look into the matter but no go.
