Woodys Furniture — refund not received

I have ordered a double bed through online at woodys furniture on 15th oct'17. Subsequently when i enquire about the size of the bed i found that it was mini double. I cancelled my order on that very day i. E. On 15th oct'17. Till date several times i tried to contact with them over phone & email but no response from them. Kindly help me to get my refund asap.
