Woodys Furniture — Rio outdoor table and chair

This regarding order no[protected] which was initiated on 17th april and was cancelled on the same day itself

However due to system glitch at their end the product was dispatched for delivery

As per my discussion then with one of their customer care representative i was told to send the product back which was done by me
And i was told that the product once received by woody would initiate the refund process for the payment made on 17th via credit card

I have been following up for last 3 to 4 weeks regarding the amount of 7500 inr paid at the time of booking

Regular call have been made to the below number +[protected] and as per them the product has still not reached woodys

I have also called their accounts department but the number never works

It been 2 month the refund of rs 7500 has not been worked on
