Woodys Furniture — This is totally a fraud company

I paid the amount in month advance before their delivery. And finally after a month they delivered the product which I did nnot order and that too with wrong parts. The furniture is also damaged in all corner. The company carpenter came said it is wrong pieces all together and can not fit.I am following up with customer service to pick up the wrong pick up and refund my money but have not done even after 2 weeks.My 14000 is is wasted now.
