I purchased tv wall unit from woody's furniture and got delivered the product on may 26 2017, few of the products were damaged (Glass & marble stone) and on the same day sent a mail to the team stating the issue and called them. The response from the team was the replacement product will be delivered in 10 days; it took almost 4 months with 300 mails, en number of calls. Got fed up with them bought the glasses on my own money and they agreed to refund that amount (7500) and they sent marble stone which was again not in the correct size (Necessary changes were done on my own cost). They asked me send the bill so as refund will be initiated in 7 days, and i did send the bill thrice, today is more-than 2 months they are not responding, if i call they are disconnecting the call, not even replying to mails which i have sent in total i have sent 200+ mails only in sept & oct 2017 for refund.
The main problem – contact number they provide will not work all the time

I dont understand why these people lie and dont reply, really unable to understand after these many complaints raised online, how the owner of this company is still not bothered to look at the customer complaints and solve it.
