Hi i purchase tv walnut in the last week of may 2017, there were few products damaged (Glasses & marble), i have been chasing them from last 2 months sent almost 100+ mails and calls, no proper response.
1.in the month of june they said the products have not yet shipped from china.
2.in the month of july they said will dispatch in a week, till now there week has not yet come.
As per company refund policy (R)
A. Product found damage
A2. Part damage - solution : no refund would be granted on minor damages / ea2 would be followed ; tat time : -
Ea2. Part damage - solution : we will send the parts - tat time : 10 working days
Note : if product is not available we rectify this as per refund policy
I have called them today also and asked them to refund my amount, the same old story they are repeating will talk with concern team and updated you in 1 hour, neither they provide any contact number where we can directly contact nor they are bothered about customer satisfaction.
Finally after long wait i planning to go with legal proceedings against the company Was this information helpful? |
