A very fake company with high pricing than the local market. And worst customer service. Placed order on 25 April they promised to deliver by may 17th, when tried to reach them on 17th they said it'll be delivered on 24th May. On 24th may after a long call they said they will call back but no response. On 25th after two calls they say that the product would be dispatched on 31st may and delivery in June. Wow such a fake company with fake promises they don't let us cancel the order. I need to complain mainly about the call Center people of the company. Was this information helpful? |
