Woodys Furniture - refund not yet received

I have ordered Swing online at Woodys furniture in 5th July 17.
My order status was changed immediately to "Refund Initiated" by Woodys team even before discussing or any intimation.
Till date I have mailed and called Woodys several times, but still Woodys haven't made the refund.
Woodys also once wrote a mail saying that they will refund by End of week.
I deeply request you to take stricter action and barring them from doing business as they are unethical and frauds.
