As per your mail it was told that the refund amount will get credited to my account in 24 hours dated[protected], now its 6 days i haven't received, you are not replying to mails, the number +[protected] provided is not the correct number.
Already for damaged products i have suffered 3 months finally i paid for the damaged goods, and you people confirmed on[protected] that refund will be initiated in 10 days, now it almost a month, i don't understand why is it taking that time your policy says 7 days and you people are not adhering to your policy.
Kind request from my side please complete the process asap, so that i can be relieved almost its 4 months i am writing mails and calls for the item i purchased from you, dont trouble me any more guys its a humble request. Was this information helpful? |
