Ordered a bookshelf on 8th April 2017 online by making full payment. Until 27th April, 7-8 updates were sent via email that product is being manufactured.
On 28th April, after writing a mail asking for status of the order, received a call saying, manufacturing is difficult with teak wood and we will use Particle board instead. I disagreed and asked for an alternative solution. But they refused saying it cannot be manufactured at all. Asked for an immediate refund but they came back saying it can be done only after 7 working days which was not acceptable to me.
