Wooe — Gate 2021 test series not activated

I've given them the money via online transaction through debit card and they promised me gate 2020+2021 test series and 1 year of free netflix 1 screen account
But after 20 minutes of payment they mailed me that test series has been activated but when I logged in to my wooe account my last year's test series was only available but not the new one I paid for and I got no netflix account detail too they are not replying to my mails as well please help me get my refund or my test series and netflix

In one of the images you can see only gate 2020 test series that I bought last year has it's notification on my profile's dashboard in wooe but not the gate 2021 test series
