I bought WOOE's life time pass for all exams and test papers on 19th of July and its not yet activated and i have already paid it, So please kindly help me in either getting the subscription or a full refund.

When I bought the 'wooe- package', it was clearly mentioned that 100 percent cashback will be given including the 1 Year free subscription to Netflix. Forget about the cashback but they did provide me the Netflix Id and Password, which is some kind of joke. Because it only worked for 2 days and then they changed the password. And whenever I try to contact them via email, they would change it back to the original password for an hour or two, but then again I will be at square one.

And it's so humiliating and helpless both at the same time!
I hope serious actions will be taken and my complaint will be resolved!

my name is akash maroti kawle, in wooe website it was clearly mentioned that the cashback is bank transferable. I got 1219rs cashback in the wooe wallet, since a year i complain about it with admin but yet it has not resolved i want my cashback to be credited in the bank.

Sir I belong to a middle class family and financially we are not so stable. So one day suddenly received a text message from WOOE claiming that they offer test series for Gate and other competitive exams at very low cost like ₹299, ₹479 & even upto ₹4999. I purchased ₹479 test series package but in the end I haven't received neither 100% refund nor 1-year Netflix subscription as they promised.
I want you to look into this matter seriously as this fraud company only targets poor and middle class people and lure them with fake promises. Please help me in getting my money back.

Sir...in wooe website it was clearly mentioned that the cashback is bank transferable. I got 479rs cashback in the wooe wallet. But now it showing that money can be paid only if it exceeds 1000rs. I want my cashback to be credited in the bank.

Sir, i got a mail that i will get 100% cashback within 48 hours if i purchase any test series in wooe. So i purchased one of the test series. Now even after 48 hours i didn't get the cashback. I have also uploaded the screenshots of the mail and payment.

I got an message stating that IIT madras tried to contact me and it took me to a website where they described that their package can help me alot

I have made every possible choice to complete my referral to 1000 but it's stuck at 999 and i want my 1000 refund.
Neither did i got any cash back also not any netflix account 1 year subscription.

Wooe.in website is fake. I register it. I found it is fake. Others don't register in it.

They said that I will get 100% cashback on test packages.
After purchasing they haven't release my cashback

There was message from some site that iit madras tried contacting you and a link was below there so i clicked and where a webpage came having url containing iit-madras after which for registering i clicked and paid the amount and after that no test has been activated they cheated me.

I brought there md/ms test series pack worth rs 999 /- they said cash back will be there. They have transferred the money to their site under earn money section but they haven't transferred it to my bank account.
I have written them many times as usual they are not responding.
Kindly resolve this.

I buy 799 package for all exams on 14 july 2020 with conditions that this amount is fully refunded. It helps for poor families students who are willing to crack exams. So i buy this package after that they send me a mail that my transaction was successfull. You will get your test series within 2 -4 hrs. But no recieved as they mentioned earlier. Today i search from google
Wooe 's customer care number, i call on this number [protected], he said to me that we will refund your cash, and i said i want cashback in my bank account. So after that he said that i note one another number[protected], and he said i send you a text message and forward that message to this another number within few seconds otherwise the time will ran out. I do the same. After that he try to know my bank account in which bank and then he said i open google pay app to view balance and then he said click on new payments then click qr code scan then click verify then fill your upi pin he is trying to know my bank balance. Luckily i have 0 balance otherwise god knows what happens with me

I got call on july 4 the telling tht u have got neet test series offer tht on subscription u will get cash back. I subscribed and got email also telling tht cash back will be within 48 hours it's been 9 days.. I didn't get my cashback, yesterday i got a email telling tht it will be in folder earn money... But it can't be added to my back account... Total fraud i just want my money of 999rs... Which is too much for me now as a student...

Sir/madam i made a subscription of LifeTime Pass( All Exams - Unlimited Tests ) online test series in 299 rs
And there was an offer of 100%cashback and 1 year netflix subscription.
They don’t give me anything I mailed him after 6h they provide me Netflix username password but the interested part they changed password after 3h and forget 100% caseback .now he is not reply.I attached important information like payment mode mail screenshots etc please consider my complain because we are poor family how i manage .
Please resolve this issue sir/madam asap.

Didnt recieved the cashback. I just want my money back. All i want is refund thats it. I dont want any services. Give me my money back. Wooe is a fraud site.
