Wooe.in — regarding earning money

Sir my earnings became over 1000 on wooe.in website by sharing test series and by purchasing test series and they promised to refund 1000 rs when earnings become over 1000 and it is over two months over..i already messaged to their team but they didn't resolve my problem...I also complained here earlier then they told me to remove my complaint and assured me for refund and then i took my complaint back but still they didn't refund my money... please help me sir...
