Wooe — regarding cashback of ias test series

Sir there is a website name called wooe... They simply send one message that, we will provide test series for ias exam for free of cost. But for transaction purpose we charge but within 24hrs you will get cash back... Once we pay for this they don't care for the person who paid money.in their website also they have not provided contact details, so i kindly request you to take severe action on them so that other peoples will not get fooled by them especially the poor students.
