Sir, there is a website WWW.WOOE.IN offering test series for different competitive exam attracts financially poor students at low price and by branding toppers of different competitive exams like gate. But after getting money from those poor students they neither provide any test series nor give there money back.
I bought a series worth rupees 299 on 2nd april 2020 at 10:51am and i didn't got any test series and also my money back, even they don't reply on mail. I want strict action on this website and the man behind this (Abhishek narwariya). Because in this lockdown period the money is very very important for me and i don't want to waste like this.
I want my refund as soon as possible.

Updated by Suman0709 They still not credited the amount in my bank account. Even they didn't update the test series also.

Updated by Suman0709 Is this site(https://www.consumercomplaints.in) is also fake or not? Because I submitted a query on Friday( 10th April 2020) but I don't get any reply from customer care .
