Wooe — test series and cash back

I bought life time package of wooe test series but they are fake, They not provide me the SSC je test series in their package also they not provide the complete tests that they are claiming.
Also they not provide cashback to me. I write hundreds of mail but they are not responding.
I have also complain in call but they block my number.
All the proofs are attested with complaint.
