WOOE Testseries — cashback not credited

I purchased wooe testseries 479 & 799 package & they said to provide 100% cashback and initiate the cashback to my account. I didn't receive cashback and after repeated mail to them they are fooling with uncertain replies.. They are like. Daily sending sms to buy testseries about the offer and now cheating with customers. Please help in solving the problem
