      Not able to redeem card money

      I have 3 cards, which I received within the last one year.
      When I am trying to redeem it, it gives an error "This card is currently not supported."

      This is unfair....

      I have purchased Myntra Gift Card from directly Myntra worth Rs 3499 on Sept. 17th 2021 and when i placed an order worth Rs 448 only through that gift card, Myntra automatically added whole 3499 balance to my Myntra account and on September 28th 2021, Myntra deactivated my same account with Rs 3216 balance without any sms or email, Now Myntra isn't letting me use that gift card balance and even not refunding my money to bank account. My gift card balance should be refunded to my gift card or bank account. I have attached statement of my gift card from qwikcilver.

              Today on 5th August on 7:48PM. I have made a gift card transaction on Flipkart of Rs.249, the amount has deducted but I have not received the gift card. transaction id:[protected]. 15 rupees of the amount was deducted from Flipkart supercoin and other 234 was deducted from my card.

                5250₹ has been fraudly deducted from my brother account on 25th July 2021. The fraudster used by PhonePe account to place order on . My brother Phonepe number is [protected] and they used below the UPI I'd for that activity:

                Hence my request, Kindly cancel the order and refund it back to his phonepe account asap.
                Also request to kindly Stop this type of fraud activity.

                        One guy called saying his name was Deepak and he was phonepe executive. He said I had received 4999 gift amount and asked me to click on send and pay to get the amount credited to my account. Instead amount got debited from my account. He kept on saying I had to do it thrice to get the money. I lost 12500 amount. His number is [protected]. Please get my money refunded.

                          I am Amar Anand from Adobe Systems, I received these gift cards as an award from my company. I have redeemed few of the gift cards but few of them are expired now. Also I spoke to the Amazon Customer care and they are saying no worries they will revalidate my coupon cards and asking me to provide the 16 digit GC reference id (starts with 6014..) but as you have not mentioned the same in your email I am unable to unblock myself. I have contacted my company and they redirected me to you who is the third party vendor with them to help me out.
                          As I spoke to your customer care representative today and he asked me to forward the mail to the Woohoo Support to assist me further. Please help me to unblock me by either providing the GC reference id or revalidate my gift cards.

                            Hello, I'm Sumeet Soni, last month December 24, 2020, i had paid Rs. 1000 twice to Woohoo.in for 2 Gift Cards amounting Rs.1000 each via Google pay & received order confirmation mail from Woohoo.in, after some time both orders were cancelled & Refund was credited to my account only once. I'm waiting for Refund of Rs. 1000 from more than a month . I contacted Woohoo support 2-3 times, they are saying payment was failed from your end contact your merchant bank. If payment was failed how can Woohoo sent me order confirmation mail. They are lying to me. I'm attaching screenshot of order confirmation mail received from woohoo & payment made via Google pay.
                            Please help.

                              Woohoo.in Refund Amount not credited back

                              I Purchased a Netmeds E-Gift (Instant Voucher) on (Jan 17, 2021, 7:46 PM), but the transaction failed and money debited from my account.
                              paid via Paytm wallet, not get the refund till now and not get gift card also. when i contacting via phone which always says all our representatives are busy please drop a mail.
                              so I mailed 2 times but reply not get only get computer generate email. and till now no response. please help.br...

                              I had earlier booked a physical voucher for Taj Hotels (worth 25K )however, since that was taking time and I needed the voucher on urgent basis I requested the team. Woohoo representative Krishna stated that they will initiate the refund provided I rebook the digital voucher and send confirmation. As per his request I purchaesd the digital voucher again worth 25K. They stated they have initiated the cancellation and refund on 31st however there is still no update on the refund. We have checked with Taj as well, even they stated the the cancellation was done on 31st. This is highly unacceptable

                                I am trying to use this voucher on a 5star hotel. But it says that the card is not valid.

                                  Hi Woohoo customer care number, There is a concern regarding Woohoo card purchasing worth rs.[protected]*3 and 1 of rs. 4000) for Tata Click. As I am using Woohoo services first time, I am not much aware about its process. I had first purchase a card of worth rs. 500 which successfully generated the Code and pin and I added that to my Tata Click account as well but after that I added above mentioned 4 cards which were showing processing and not confirmed the order/ generated the code and pin. But 34000 rs. Deducted from my bank account.
