Zoomcar had booked my car and car got accident on 6/7/25 car is ready at workshop of zoom car in jaipur last 12days but not deliver not response clearly what time will be taken and not clear about deliver please into the mater

I have ordered gift through Zoomin app and paid shipping charge around 130 for the product to be delivered by 22 -26th July, 2023. However, no product delivered till now. When I ask them to provide me the refund of express delivery charge since the same hasn't delivered within the provided timeline, they haven't addressed my issue. (Order ID ZO-875E05793F). I request you to take action on the same and get me back my refund

Your delivery partner has delivered my photo albums to someone else. I have not received my order but the order status is Delivered at some different location.

what is wrong with you? How can you deliver someone's personal pictures to someone else? I am going to file a lawsuit against you if my pictures get lost or delivered to someone else.

Hi, I have ordered photo frame on 31 July 2023 and then order got delayed, by asking the ZoomIn & complaint raised and they told me that the order was returned as address was not found.
I was surprised because all the Flipkart Amazon orders are coming on same address Again requested to send my order on updated address but after many times of sending mails, they failed to deliver and even they are not responding on any email. I am very disappointed by this poor customer experience.
I noticed they don’t have any customer care number right now I’m still waiting Someone will listen to me . my order was prepaid with extra payment for early delivery. Express delivery.

I have contacted on Instagram and Facebook on ZoomIn business account but they only responded on Instagram but for sometime after that there is no response since 10 days. They are not providing any Customer Care number too.

On Friday[protected] i have given my car as per booking information recieved from zoom car. This was my first booking as a zoomcar host, Car was booked from 3.00 PM to 11.00 PM. Initially he was saying he can sharply deliver by 11.00 PM. I trusted zoomcar, that they will never allow fake guest/thief. Guest told he can't deliver car by 11.00 PM, then he said he will deliver at 1.00 AM, later to 5.00 AM Saturday[protected]. Suddenly the booking was cancelled by zoom car around 1.00 PM, where my car is with Guest they assigned. I am mad on nights as i not get any support from zoomcar. I am trying contiinuosly to call zoom car customer care from 11.00 PM to next day morning 7.00 AM and no phone supoort was there in Zoom car and recorded voice states Support will be provided by only via emails. I created mutiple support tickets stating i am feared that guest is not a gueniune asked zoomcar to take some action. No response. I literally bowed down and prayed to god to do some thing. Morning 7.30 AM i am getting call from police station to come there. I rushed to police station, they enquired where is your vehile. I completely explained what happen, they shouted at me stating what you will do if the car was used for smuggling/Killing someone. On what basis you have trusted zoomcar. They said car was abandoned on road with key inside, with so may accessories were removed and replaced. I begged for key and i see my car, i have no words to explain. All four Wheels with TPMS and brand new tyres, Infortainment and its cables, Backrest monitors, car dashcam, front Lights, Speakers are theft, They dried full tank fuel. Still i don't know what are missing. I am drafting this after 48 hours, still there is no update or a single call from zoom car. Zoom car don't values there Host. I regret its purely my mistake to host self owned car to zoom car.

Could you please look into this matter .

I ordered Mini Magnets (Set of 2), I was asked to upload designs for 2 magnets, I was charged for 2 magnets, but I received only one. They have no helpline number for customers to follow up. The website Help page doesn't load. The app Help page takes me to a blank screen. There is no way to get in touch with them. I need my other magnet, or I need my money back.

I booked a car from zoomcar but due to change of plan cancelled the booking. The booking was cancelled more than 24 hours before the start of booking. According to zoomcar policy I am eligible for 100% refund. But they issued a refund of only about 50%.

on this day i got fruaded by the zoom ..in the location the car was not there and i not able to contact the customer care ..no one is there to reply for the issue ...we not able to get the car they have cheated us and we lost the amount of rs=4664/- ..then h=they only cancelled our booking and only refuned 258rs back we need our rest amount back otherwise we goona a complaint about this issue to main brach or to the police

I rented s cross from morning 7am to evening 7pm. The guy gave me the fuel at 50% and said me to return at 50%. And returned my car at 7pm. Why zoom car is showing me that I have to pay outstanding amount of 587

We did book zoomcar, And paid all the amount completely by that day itself, till yesterday there are no dues, no charges, but now its showing outstanding charges 1700/- saying "Refuelling Charges" First of all the car was dirty and i wanted to change my car, so i went through customer support, they said, we cant change it now, and when my trip started there was no fuel at all, so i did pay extra charges for fuel and fastag was not working too, i paid for that too, but they didn't give me fastag ticket, i left 30% of fuel while dropoff and i applied for my refund, now its showing im due to them, Where did these charges come from all of a sudden, kindly check and resolve the issue @zoomin

We have paid annual charge of Rs.15576 on 09/05/2022. But our zoom meeting is not active and whenever we start meeting it is asking for upgrade and our payment made as per above is not getting activated. Please guide in this regard.

This complaint is regarding, I have ordered 1 x 4x6 Card Stock Prints (Set of 24) in Zoomin App on 28 dec, 2022. I have paid amount of Rs. 157.22 on 30 dec, 2022.
Payment is debited in my account transferred to zoomin app.
But the order status is still showing payment pending. I reach zoomin helpline through app there is no response & no contact numbers.
Sol need my amount return back, don't need ur products..

I am the zoomcar host program member and my car is attched with them and 11th Decmber ride is completed by the customer and payment is still pending at his end. Already mailed them mutiple time but only received revert payment is in processing already done from our end wait for 24 hours but not received the any money. If the same is processed then how much time it will take after 6 days still pending.

I am trying to book the car from past 4 days and every time i am doing this its saying multiple account issue so i am calling the customer care for help and they are saying delete your old account but their is no access in the app or web site to delete it i am just sitting like duck and trying to call people and solve this but nothing is happing i am very old user of zoomcar but now i am genuinely shocked by the service
