respected sir,

myself SHAIKH IMRAN GULAM, PROPRIETOR OF AL FALAH INFOTECH,having office at shop no-1, noble city homes,near R.S. Dalal high school, kot parsiwad, bharuch-392001,gujarat-India

i m running small centre doing data entry work at my city. Recently i came across company named

I contact them for providing data entry work as they have different kind of plans like data entry,form filling and ad posting work.
i prefer to go with form filling business plan for my centre and for that they demand Rs. 60,000(sixty thousand rupees) as a SECURITY DEPOSIT whis was 100% refundable when centre want to stop the work.

so on 09/11/2012 we deposit the said amount in STATE BANK OF INDIA ac.of V.BAGYAWATHY AC.NO- [protected]
after depositing money we ask them to send all legal docs. of co. like Reg. paper, adress proof, bank statement, legal agreement on rs.100 legal stamp etc.

but they only send agreement on fake stamp of Rs. 20 on which there is no notarization. no stamp vendor name, no date no authorise signature at all- in short they send fake agreement on color copy of stamp paper and sent to us
we doubt immidiately and talk to them about this thing but they make excuses


so at last we decide not to go with them further and told them to refund our security deposit we r not interested to work with your company anymore.
they rely send LETTER OF REFUND to us we will refund you tomorrow.
next day we contact them which Saturday,10th nov,2012, i remind them today is saturday but reply that we r doing online transfer and check your account by evening.

but from that day till date we have not recieved our refund and also neither they reply to our mails nor answer to our phone calls, and moreover from today their websites also closed and cant open.


the person who handle phone conversation said his name is Ashwin Kumar,but we feel there is also lie

please note:- this owner of co. V.Bagyawathi had also cheated and looted lots of people in 2010 by starting company name, BAGYA INFO SERVICES U can check online complaints and reviews

dear sir, i request you please do the needful in this matter with immidiate effect and before they diappear and start cheating with another name and cheat innocent people.
