Workindia — Service not provided-refusing to make refund

RR Capitals is a financial sector and we provide financial advisory and trade recommendations for our valuable customers. We are in need of Telecallers. I approached WORKINDIA - Job Portal ( to meet our needs. So we got the wallet recharged for a basic plan of Rs.2122/- on[protected]Invoice No: proforma/69190) to try out this portal services for the first time.

Since that day I couldn't access my account. A Consultant of Workindia was getting in touch with me Mr.Murali[protected], and the invoice was raised through him. I reached him and escalated the issue. He said that our Company is registered as a consultancy and he said it would be cleared. I also sent the GST copy of our company as proof to prove that we are not a consultancy. He said it would get cleared on[protected], but it was not cleared. While reaching him he said we are trying to process the account using the support docs produced by us. But till now (6/7/2022) the process was not done and I couldn't access the portal.

I asked for a refund if the process was not happening. He said he is processing the refund from[protected] but to date, it is not done. I also raised the concern through mail to the support desk they raised a complaint with Ticket number #68744 (23/06/2022), and they closed the issue by telling us we are a consultancy. We cannot understand how the verification was done, they are not giving the information also on which norms they have marked us a consultancy when we are a financial sector.

If they are very concerned, the company should have done a verification before we pay them. Otherwise, even after the payment, once verification is done, they should make a refund if you couldn't make a process in providing service. We are highly disappointed by the services provided by Workindia, it is more than 16 days but the Refund is not done. Completely false promises were given. Before the payment was made the response given by the consultant was excellent, but now he is not responding when I'm trying to reach him. And the awful Customer Support Team who couldn't resolve the issue, they say they are arranging a callback but I'm not receiving any. Again I raised a complaint today to the help desk Ticket #73885 (06/07/2022) the company is again closing the issue stating that we are a consultancy.

So kindly help us in getting back the money refunded, the amount of Rs.2122/-.We can also support you with the Company GST & Company's Pan also with the Invoice Copy for your reference.
